Low Calorie Black Bottom Snack Cake   IMG_9374  IMG_9376

“A low calorie, different snack cake with a rich banana layer and a really delicious chocolate bottom.  These moist cake squares are easy to pick up and they need no icing!  I prefer it plain, but if you insist, go ahead and sprinkle some confectioner’s sugar on top!

This is one of my favorite snack cakes not because it is low-calorie, but  because I really love the texture and the intense banana/chocolate combination. The low-calorie count is a bonus!  One piece is only 89 calories or 1 Weight Watcher Point.   Enjoy!”
