Cranberry Applesauce Low Sugar JELL-O Mold
A refreshing Low Sugar, Low Calorie JELL-O Mold that is so easy to make! I love the apple taste with the JELL-O! Only 15 calories per serving!

Equipment
- 6-Cup Mold
Ingredients
- 2 packages (0.3 ounces each) sugar-free JELL-O raspberry or strawberry
- 2 cups boiling water
- 1 can (14 ounces) cranberry sauce whole or jellied
- 1 ¾ cups unsweetened applesauce
Instructions
- In a large bowl, dissolve the JELL-O in the boiling water.
- Use a wire whisk to stir in the cranberry sauce. Keep stirring until it dissolves.
- Stir in the applesauce.
- Pour the mixture into a 6-cup mold.
- Cover and refrigerate overnight, or 8 hours.
- Invert the mold onto a plate when you are ready to serve.
EXTRA TIP:
MOLDS: If you do not have a mold, you can just pour the mixture into a bowl. Cover the bowl and chill it in the refrigerator. Tupperware molds are my favorite. They are easy to use. If you use a metal mold, dip the bottom into warm water for a few seconds, then invert the mold onto a plate.
FLAVORS: Use any flavor JELL-O you like! Even mix two together if you want! Raspberry sugar-free is my personal favorite.
