Ingredients
2packages (0.3 ounces each)sugar-free JELL-O raspberry or strawberry
2cupsboiling water
1can (14 ounces)cranberry saucewhole or jellied
1 ¾cupsunsweetened applesauce
Instructions
In a large bowl, dissolve the JELL-O in the boiling water.
Use a wire whisk to stir in the cranberry sauce. Keep stirring until it dissolves.
Stir in the applesauce.
Pour the mixture into a 6-cup mold.
Cover and refrigerate overnight, or 8 hours.
Invert the mold onto a plate when you are ready to serve.
EXTRA TIP:
MOLDS: If you do not have a mold, you can just pour the mixture into a bowl. Cover the bowl and chill it in the refrigerator. Tupperware molds are my favorite. They are easy to use. If you use a metal mold, dip the bottom into warm water for a few seconds, then invert the mold onto a plate.FLAVORS: Use any flavor JELL-O you like! Even mix two together if you want! Raspberry sugar-free is my personal favorite.
