A whole Oreo cookie inside a chocolate chip cookie is out-of-this-world for the Cookie Monster people you know!

They are wickedly delish so unusual they will disappear at the blink of an eye! But that’s okay, because with only two ingredients, they are VERY EASY to make!

Each Oreo is encased and hidden inside the cookie dough.

USE MINI OREOS with just 1 scoop of dough to make regular size cookies,

or

USE STANDARD SIZE OREOS with 2 scoops of dough to make larger cookies.

You can vary the cookie dough too if you want. Instead of chocolate chip cookie dough, we tried sugar cookie dough which is also great.

With any cookie dough, be sure not to over bake the cookies! You want to bake them until they are a light golden brown and just a bit soft on top. The cookies will set some more while cooling in the pan for 1 or 2 minutes wire rack. Then you transfer them to a wire rack to finish the cooling.

It is a fun recipe for kids to make too!

The Nutritional Information is for 1 cookie with a mini Oreo and with 1 scoop of chocolate chip cookie dough.

See many pictures how to make Stuffed Oreo Cookies in the slideshow below. I used Nestlé Chocolate Chip cookie dough and Pillsbury Sugar Cookie dough and mini and standard Oreo cookies.
