“This has to be the easiest ganache to make ever! It is delicious! Enjoy! ”
- 1-1/4 cups chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1. In a microwaveable-safe bowl, stir together the chocolate chips and the oil.
- 2. Microwave it for 1 minute, then vigorously stir it until all the chocolate chips are melted.
- 3. Pour the ganache over a cake and let it drip down the sides, or use it as a sauce over ice cream!
