I based it on Martha Stewart’s recipe and changed a few things to make it even easier.
It uses just 5 ingredients: a ready-made graham cracker pie crust, cream cheese, condensed milk, lemon juice and vanilla extract.
That’s it! NO baking, NO fuss!

NO-BAKE Cheesecake Pie – EASY!
A very easy and delicious cheesecake to make! You use only 5 ingredients and 5 minutes of preparation time! serve plain or top with fruit!

Equipment
- 1 hand or stand mixer
Ingredients
- 1 graham cracker crust 9 or 10 inches, vanilla or chocolate
- FILLING:
- 16 ounces cream cheese softened (2 packages, 8 ounces each)
- 14 ounces condensed milk (1 can)
- ¼ cup lemon juice
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
Instructions
- With a mixer on medium high speed, beat all the filling ingredients until smooth.
- Pour the filling into the crust and smooth the top with a spatula.
- Cover the pie and place it in the refrigerator until firm for at least 3 hours, or overnight.
- Serve the cheesecake plain or add a topping of fruit if you wish.
Notes
Use reduced fat cream cheese and lower the calories to 384 calories a slice.
