NO-BAKE Cheesecake Pie - EASY!
A very easy and delicious cheesecake to make! You use only 5 ingredients and 5 minutes of preparation time! serve plain or top with fruit!

- 1 graham cracker crust 9 or 10 inches, vanilla or chocolate
- FILLING:
- 16 ounces cream cheese softened (2 packages, 8 ounces each)
- 14 ounces condensed milk (1 can)
- ¼ cup lemon juice
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
With a mixer on medium high speed, beat all the filling ingredients until smooth.
Pour the filling into the crust and smooth the top with a spatula.
Cover the pie and place it in the refrigerator until firm for at least 3 hours, or overnight.
Serve the cheesecake plain or add a topping of fruit if you wish.
Use reduced fat cream cheese and lower the calories to 384 calories a slice.
