Sweet and Sour Cucumber Salad is so creamy and so delicious! A nice change from the usual salads!

Ingredients
1cupsour cream
2tablespoonssugarheaping
½teaspoon salt
2teaspoons white vinegar
½teaspoondill
½cuponionsthinly sliced
3 or 4cucumberspeeled and sliced about ½-inch thick
Instructions
In a medium serving dish, whisk together the sour cream, sugar, salt, white vinegar, and dill.
Stir in the onions.
Stir in the cucumbers, coating well.
Cover and chill in the refrigerator for 1 hour before serving .
Optional: Sprinkle dill over the top before serving.
EXTRA TIP:
RED ONIONS might be a preference for some. I like Vidalia onions with this.SPRINKLE the top of the dish with some dill before serving if you'd like.CHILL the salad at least an hour before serving for the flavors to meld.
