Ingredients
2small packages (0.3 ounces each)sugar-free Jell-O gelatinstrawberry, or any flavor
2cupswaterboiling
1can (14 ounces)cranberry saucewhole berry
1¾cupsapplesauceunsweetened, chunky or smooth
Instructions
In a large bowl, dissolve the Jell-O in the boiling water.
Whisk in the cranberry sauce first, then the applesauce.
Coat a 6-cup mold or bowl with non-stick cooking spray and pour in the Jell-O mixture.
Cover and refrigerate it overnight.
