Both sweet and sour, this cucumber salad is a favorite! My husband Bill requests this a lot! A great way to use up extra cucumbers from the garden!

  • INGREDIENTS:
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 teaspoons white vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon dill
  • 1/2 cup onions, thinly sliced
  • 3 or 4 cucumbers, peeled and sliced
  • DIRECTIONS:
  • 1. In a medium serving dish, mix well the sour cream, sugar, salt, white vinegar, and dill.
  • 2. Mix in the onions.
  • 3. Stir in the cucumbers to coat with the dressing.
  • 4. Cover and chill for an hour before serving.
