“A refreshing, light, low calorie jell-O mold , very easy to make! NO waiting, no layering, just mix everything together! I love how the taste of the applesauce really comes through! It is so good! I make many fancy jell-O molds, but this one is so simple, so delicious, and a favorite of mine.  15 calories a serving! Great when you are dieting! Great for anytime!    Enjoy!”


2 small packages (0.3 ounces each)  raspberry or strawberry sugar-free Jell-O

2 cups boiling water

1 can ( 14 ounces) cranberry sauce, whole or jellied

1 ¾ cups unsweetened applesauce


  1. In a large bowl dissolve the Jell-O in the boiling water.
  2. Add the cranberry sauce, stirring until it dissolves.
  3. Stir in the applesauce.
  4. Pour into a 6-cup mold.

Cover and refrigerate overnight, or at least 8 hours.
