beefstroganoff

Beef Stroganoff made in a pressure cooker is my favorite way to make this great dish! The pressure cooker gives the most tender meat and delicious flavor! To me, it is better than Beef Stroganoff in a Slow Cooker or on top of the top the stove.

It cooks in 8 minutes, it is so fast!

My pressure cooker happens to be a top of the stove, 8-quart Presto, but you can use this recipe with any brand pressure cooker.

Substitute water for the red wine if you prefer.

I have used a pressure cooker for years!  The new ones are so easy to use!  Do not be afraid of them!  It is a fantastic, fast method to get the most tender meat and flavor in any recipe!

 Enjoy!
