Fillet of Fish

Servings: 2      Cook Time: 15 minutes


1/2 pound thin fish fillet, any type
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1/3 cup plain bread crumbs
1/3 cup grated onions
2 teaspoons parsley
2 teaspoons butter cut into small pieces
1/4 teaspoon paprika
2 slices lemons


1. Preheat oven to 400°.
2. Grease or spray a small baking dish.
3. Place fish fillets on bottom of baking dish.
4. On top of the fillets, layer the ingredients in order.
4. Bake for 15 minutes, or until fish is flaky.

  1. I tried this recipe and it is my all time favorite fish recipe! Takes very little preparation and is so big on flavor!
