Pancakes, The Best Ever!

 

 

It’s got to be the white vinegar that makes these so fluffy and delicious! I have tried many pancake recipes over the years and this is the best. These are better tasting than IHOP! Enjoy!”

Servings 6

Ingredients:

3/4 cup milk
2 tablespoons white vinegar
1 egg
2 tablespoons melted butter
1 cup flour
2 tablespoons sugar
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt

Directions:

1. In a large bowl, combine milk and white vinegar. Let set for 5 minutes to sour. Set aside.
2. In small bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.
3. In another small bowl, combine egg and melted butter. Mix into the soured milk.
4. Add the dry ingredients.
5. Heat a large skillet. Spray or grease the skillet with butter.
6. Pour 6 pancakes onto the heated skillet and cook until golden on both sides.
