New Year’s Eve Custard Grenadine Trifle

Ingredients:

1 loaf pound cake, sliced
8 ounces raspberries
8 ounces blackberries
4 kiwifruit, sliced
1/3 cup Grenadine liqueur
2 cups vanilla custard or pudding
Prep Time: 10 minutes

Directions:

1. Assemble the trifle starting with a layer of pound cake slices on the bottom of the trifle dish.
2. Lightly sprinkle some Grenadine liquor over the cake.
3. Add a layer of custard pudding.
4. Place assorted fruit on top of the pudding.
5. Repeat layers.
